At EDUZONE, we strive to provide the highest quality coaching and academic support to every student. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. We encourage all students and parents to read this policy carefully before completing enrolment.
The registration/admission fee paid at the time of enrolment is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your application, reserving a seat in the batch, and issuing study materials.
Refunds on tuition fees (excluding registration fee) are processed based on the date of written cancellation request received by the Institute administration:

β οΈ The registration fee is excluded from all refund calculations. Refund percentages apply only to the tuition/course fee component actually paid.
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
EDUZONE may consider refund requests beyond the above schedule under the following exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of management:
Such requests must be submitted in writing to the administration within 7 days of the event. EDUZONE's decision in these matters shall be final and binding.
Students may request a transfer to a different batch (same course) once per academic session, subject to seat availability. Batch transfers are not treated as withdrawals and do not attract any refund or penalty.
Course transfers (e.g., switching from JEE to NEET) may be accommodated within the first 15 days of batch commencement, subject to availability and payment of any applicable fee difference.
